Kentucky Association of the DeafBlind
Kentucky Association of the DeafBlind (KADB) is a group for people who are members of the Kentucky association of the Deafblind and our friends and supporters. It is primarily for anyone who has both a significant visual, as well as hearing, impairment within the state.
