Missouri Deaf-Blind Association
MDBA is a state organization which empowers people who are deaf-blind, and visually and hearing disabled. Its purpose is to:
- Encourage and provide deaf-blind people with resources to live a more independent life.
- Share their experiences and feelings with others.
- Learn to use tactile sign language, tracking and other sign communication methods.
- Educate and provide awareness about deaf-blindness.
MDBA ACTIVITIES:
