Missouri Deaf-Blind Association

MDBA is a state organization which empowers people who are deaf-blind, and visually and hearing disabled. Its purpose is to:

  • Encourage and provide deaf-blind people with resources to live a more independent life.
  • Share their experiences and feelings with others.
  • Learn to use tactile sign language, tracking and other sign communication methods.
  • Educate and provide awareness about deaf-blindness.

MDBA ACTIVITIES:

Socials, business meetings, annual picnic, annual anniversary event, field trips, workshops for SSPs and interpreters, speakers on deaf-blind topics. Contact MDBA at below address/phone/fax/email.
